I was thinking kinda along the same lines as the rest of the group...the same thing happened to my Ona a few months back...yorkies have extremely SENSITIVE digestive tracts...the littlest thing can irritate them...so I ended up taking her to the ER vet...they did xrays to rule out an obstruction..did they do that??? then they gave her some IV fluids, some pepcid...she was also having extreme diarrhea....so i basically fed her cooked rice and boiled loose meat...she was better in no time, but she was profusely vomiting non stop and then she was lethargic....try a bland diet....please do not give up on her...she needs you...I know how frustrating it could be...yorkies can also get pancreatitis....I hope this helps....good luck...my prayers are with you and your baby....
