 SCUNCI - that's how it's spelled - found my card
and I got mine at CVS pharmacy - (large ones) and the small ones I got at Walmart. This is some brand name that has a lot of those pony tail holders and pretty hair stuff. Sabrina's hair is just thin, and my fingers just don't work well enough anymore to do bands. These come in pretty colors and even have sparkles in them. I think you'll like them. She can't shake them out and can't pull them out, but they don't pull her hair either so far.
