My feelings are, people are upset, wheather they have dogs or cats or no animals.
The bottom line is always money. Sacramento is building a huge multi million dollar animal shelter. If this law go through, they won't need it. Just wonder how many animals are taken to the shelters to have the animal put down, because of sickness or old age. I know that I have had to have some dogs put down because of sickness/cancer and old age. |
