I know there are many big dogs who could not harm a fly... but..since I don't know who they are I take no chances. The minute I see I big dog coming towards me (even if they are leashed) I pick Desi up. I know what it was like to shed tears because a big dog "that would never hurt a fly" chomped down on my little Maltese killing her instantly. Better safe than sorry. |
