They better clean up the mess on the sidewalk and in the grass outside my apartment before I leave for work. Of course she wanted to sample it, so I was hauling on the leash to keep her away from it. Gross!  And broken pottery and glass. Good grief!  I'm worried about her little feet so, I better sweep that away as soon as I can see well enough, which should be shortly.
I'm slightly more than ticked off in case you couldn't tell!

I hope that you reported them and the management actuallly does something about it. That's unbelievably inconsiderate and they've got to be breaking a lot of rules. Quiet hours??? Trashing the place??? C'mon...
