WOW What an experience. I'm sorry you had to go through that. It's hard enough to worry about our kids without incompetent people taking care of them. You are supposed to feel safe and relieved when you are at the vet, not uptight and angry.
I'm glad you got it resolved to your satisfaction and the co/owner will take care of it.
