It is basically just a piece of paper that he typed up on WORD from his computer that has name address vet number and states that Annie is in good health Condition. It also the dates of her latest shots and a certificate number... Nothing to fancy...

Wow . . . THAT is steep! Perhaps my vet didn't charge me because of the relationship we have -- I don't know. Whatever it is, I'll keep Dr. Dawn on my good side! I photographed her son year before last for his senior portraits. She met with me at least 4 times prior to his session. We had lots of time to bond and I really went out of my way for them. Maybe its payback.
