I really did a job on my knee!!! I didn't "stretch" , but actually ripped apart my ACL, MCL, and PCL in addition to dislocating my knee!!!!!

I am so upset....my Summer is shot! The doctor said that a lot of people will tell you they dislocated their knee, but that it is actually a rare occurrence and doctors hardly ever have to give someone that news. I have physical therapy for 2 weeks before they will set a date for surgery. I am very upset, sad, scared and feeling like a total pain in the butt to everyone around me. The good news......I've been praying for patience for years and I seem to be acquiring some now
