I understand it as... the same as they use on people , instead of a knife and and incision,,they use a laser and it is way less invasive and they need no stiches and do not have to go back for a follow up visit to check the incision, My vet said it was alot easier on the dog, and alot quicker with the healing.
It cost about 30.00 more than the old version, which I could have done, It was up to me which I wanted for him.. But I did the laser, and he was his feisty , spunky self the next day!
