i still woudln't scold... if you can catch her mid pee... i say a loud AH AH... grab her and bring her outside... and even if she doens't keep peeing out there.. i'd praise her and give her a treat... potty training is THE hardest thing with these little guys and scolding is just going to make it take longer... she'll try hiding from you to pee so that you dont' get mad... so try and stay away from that.. but for chewing and what not.. the can works well or just a loud. HEY.. or AH AH... works well for us!
