My deepest sympathies.. That is so devastating and horrible and so needless. Right now I'm sure you are too much in shock to do anything but grieve but when the time comes I hope you take everyone's advice about making your neighbor's (the humans) responsible for this horrible event.. they need to be held accountable and I can't believe that they think putting their dog to sleep in the answer. What horrible people. My heart goes out to you. *hugs*
