She won't stop him as long as she is in standing heat. He won't stop either, it is his nature as a male. If he is an unneutered male that has mated, he is now a stud whether you desire it or not. It is your responsibility to keep them apart and monitored so that neither of them are injured. She probably is pregnant now so you will have to get busy educating yourself so that you can be ready for the whelping. Breeders have to be tough for their dogs own good.
