Hi Everyone

I live in South Africa and recently got my first little Yorkie, she is 3 and a half months old. I have two questions:

1) She does her business in the house I have tried everything to get her to go outside but she does not want too...any other ideas?
2) When I bought her the breeder said she would be minature, but when I took her to the vet yesterday she is already 2.5kg, which is about 5 pounds, any idea how big she will be?
