Hi. I have bred poms and yorkies. My baby just had a litter on the 31st of May. As to what you are saying about your mamma dog...I would say she is very deficient in calcium. It is very important that you get some calcium in her tonight. If you have human calcium try giving her that wrapped up in a piece of cheese or something. Plus you can feed the puppies, just a couple of puppies every couple hours, and allow the rest to feed on her if you can calm her breathing down. In an emergency my vet said to boil milk to feed to the puppies. This can become life threaten for your dog, and if you can not get her breathing under control by giving her extra calcium then you will have to call and make a trip to the vet. Most likely that is what you are going to have to do, plus the vet will have you bottle feed all the puppies for the next couple days if she is really bad.
