Is your girl running a temp ??
Were all placenta's accounted for ??
Any of her teats red ,Swollen, Hard ??
are the pups gaining weight ??
I would give her Nutrical.
I hope she's OK.. Until you get her to the Vets tomorrow.

I had a girl that went off her feet for a few days.
Vet said to rest her tummy for about 8 hr and them try some light foods.
I gave her small amount every few hour of chix broth mixed with a little cream of chix soup.
When she seem to be able to hold that down ...
I started giving her small amounts of chix, rice and carrot.
The following day she started back on regular dog food.
also my Vet said I could use pedilite.
