Hi Marie :-)

Sounds like you have a very healthy puppy! I wouldn't worry about her plumpness so much, she may be conserving calories for a growth spirt. Tinkie is smaller because she has a small frame but she has very long legs. I too was under the impression that she was to be a "tea cup" size dog. But, that was when I was ignorant...ha ha! There really is no way to gage how big they are going to be. Breeders may take an educated guess by looking at the blood line/size of both parents, but still it is just a good guess. Anyway, bigger yorkies have all the fashion accessories geared towards them. You can find all kinds of things like purses, clothes etc. to fit the larger yorkies!
