I was on paxil for two weeks and I was a total zombie...my husband had to call my doctor because I couldnt do anything for myself. I was taking it for panic attacks and I tried 3 or 4 other meds...all the same result...councelling has worked out MUCH better for me than any pills ever will...I hated hated hated Paxil...very scary drug to me...40mg is waaaaaaaaaaay too much..
