I'm having a simular problem with Frankie, when I take him outside to go potty. If you can hear other dogs barking (don't even have to be able to see them) he WILL NOT move off of the deck to go to the bathroom. I don't understand because he has been around other dogs and played with them just fine but he wont budge if he hears them outside. He also has stopped wanting to go for walks around the neighborhood because of it. It's frustrating.
