When on Paxil I think your supposed to start small with mg. I started with 5 and increased . I think that it may just be the initial shock of the medication..and if you are feeling really stressed or panicked when you take the medication sometimes you can feel an adverse affect. I hope she is okay...make sure she eats before taking the pill...might help with nausea. I know that those pills; take a while to get used to. I felt tingles in my hands, feet, and face for 4 weeks after taking it at first.
