Try the suggested things for standing ears, shave, massage. I think I read somewhere they usually stand, if they are going to, by 6 months. My otis has really thick hair, I think if I would've kept his ears shaved they probably would've come up. We have a huge "flop earred" fan club here at YT. I think flop ears suit my Otis's personality. Here's a pic.
