Oliver, my shihpoo, had some yellow gunk in his eye this morning. He's also tearing a lot. I trimmed the hair the best I could (he HATES it) and washed it with a little antibacterial soap/wet wash cloth. I will call the vet first thing in the a.m. as they are not open on Sunday. I could call another vet in town that is open on Sunday, but they charge 60.00 just for an office visit. I work at an internal medicine office for people, and that's how much we charge for a nurse practicioner visit. That's a little steep if you ask me. His eye looks good. A little red on the underside of the upper lid. I was wondering if anyone knows of anything OTC I can use until tomorrow?
