Do you know her background for sure? Could she have been spayed?
Once a female has had a section there is always a possiblity of adhesions. They can cause trouble with the next whelping..scar tissues prevents the uterus from contracting properly and can block the birth canal.
BUT once a section does not always mean another...I would try to find out how many litters and how many pups she has had and why the need for the section..best wishes.
PS...the Canadian Kennel club will tell you the bitches history..I think the AKC should also..
