Maggie did the same. I don't know who cried more--Maggie or Me (from lack of sleep). I finally made a cover for her crate, and put it right beside my bed on a stool. She can't see me, but she knows I'm there. As long as I know she doesn't have to use the bathroom, I ignored her. Didn' take but a couple of nights, for her to realize I wasn't coming to the rescue. When she did cry in the night, I would look at the clock--and if it had been at least 3 hours, I would take her from the crate (no words spoken), take her outside to PP, back inside, and back into the crate. She would then sleep the rest of the night. Now she is 4 months old, goes to bed at 9PM and up at 7:30AM. The bags under my eyes are almost gone.
