i take paxil for panic attacks. my mg is 20. 40 seems like a lot. they started me out slowly 5 then worked me up to 20. for the 1st two weeks i felt very dizzy, shaky and sick. it all went away after 2 weeks. i don't like taking it but my dr won't take me off of it since i still have minor panic attacks.
i hope all is well with her now. if i had it all over again, i would not take paxil. i would take a medicine i only need to take when i feel panicy. paxil you have to take everyday no matter what. i do not like paxil at all.
