Sometimes the best silk coats start off thin and straggley. Remi had a lousy puppy coat. At 10 monthes I cut the thin puppy junk off of the ends and she now has a wonderful, heavy silk coat that is exactly what I want to breed. Give your baby time she may turn out to be quite a gem.
