Did any of the Vets. test for Liver shunt, kidney or liver failure, heart worms or Cushing's. ? These will cause the dog to vomit all the time and become lethargic. Also persistent vomiting also occurs with life-threatening disease such as acute pancreatitis, gastric outflow obstruction, intestinal obstruction and peritonitis. Persistent retching without bringing up any vomitus is typical of bloat. I sure hope the reason is found really quick. Poor little guy.
