I agree with this also!! Put a block on your phone for his number and everyone else involved can do the same thing. He sounds like a nut and he probably doesn't need a yorkie!! So actually you have done a rescue to day!! You Rescued a yorkie from a nutty owner!!!
Keep up the great work and hopefully this will be the only nut you run across while saving the babies you do!!!
