I called the SPCA but I don't know what the officer will do with this but I hope something will be done because someone like this guy can be very dangerous.
This morning little Zsa Zsa was afraid of going out , The minute I went outside , she start shaking and peed on me , Jade was just like " ok , lets go for another adventure ". I stopped her in her track .
