I know a woman who was on probation for a "paper crime" & she broke one of her rules ( she went to a home she wasn't allowed to go to) & when the courts found out there was no discussion, no breaks , nothing...she was ordered to jail immediately to serve the suspended time which was 1 1/2 yrs for probation violation....
