everytimes I hear stories like that . What happens with these peoples ? They surely have serious bee's nest between their two ears . These peoples should never have the rights to own a dog .I really hope your little ones are okay and not too traumatized by these bad experiences .
The unfair thing in the stories of dogs attacking peoples or other dogs is , it is always the dogs who have to pay more than the owners . The dogs are euthanazied and the owner is free to mess with another dog . It is a real shame
