Celebrity or not you do the crime you should do the time. Driving intoxicated is not something to be shrugged off just because you have more money than god. I agree that if she had not been such a diva and kept a low profile maybe she would not have gotten more time. I don't think that she is being punished without a good reason. I don't think the sheriff had the authority to release her, the judge made a decision and that decision is the one that counts not the one the sheriff makes because he feels bad. I am not trying to be confrontational but drunk drivers are drunk drivers whether they have been charged once or 20 times it makes no difference she was wrong to drive but luckily no one was killed.
