Yorkie talk is a wonderful place and No Question is silly. They are all good questions. If your vet isn't concerned I wouldn't worry too much. Just make sure your baby is comfy (remember your first time) give lots of cuddles and treats.
If I may offer a word of unsolicited advice, New Born baby diapers from the drug store are the easiest way to go through heat. Just cut a hole for her tail and if she tinkles in it through it away. So much easyer than those Pet Diapers cause if they tinkle in it you have to wash it almost every time. Good luck
