Personally I don't think our streets were ever unsafe with Paris. I would be more worried with Britney, Lindsay and Nicole being lose in the streets. I just think this is unnecessary and cruel. She didn't let herself out of jail, but she's paying the price. It sucks that her blood alcohol level was .08 and Nicole Richies was way higher and nothing has happened to her I think she is being made an example of and it's cruel and unusual punishment. I'm definitely no fan of Paris by the way.

Nicole Richie was on Dave Letterman the other night and she did say she most likely will go to jail too . . . she anticipates it to happen by month end So hopefully she will pay the price as well . . . DUI is a serious, serious offence as it can claim LIVES.
