 Pee pad success
Zoey was peeing on the pad, but pooping on the rug. We put up baby gates to limit her access to the house. She can only be in a 20X20 space.It worked the same day! She started using the pad regularly. She is 12 weeks and doing great. The only problem is that we give a small food reward when she goes on the pad. Now, she goes to the pad to squeeze out a dime sized spot and then looks at you like "where's the cookie?" We had to reduce the size of the reward to just a taste because she was consuming less puppy food.We were worried the cookies were replacing the nutrition she would get from puppy food. They are so smart! They find a way to WIN every time! |
