So far their customer service is great. Shipping is really fast. Of course, they are only one state away from me. Gracie had her first Mink Sheen shampoo yesterday. Today at the park, we had several compliments on how nice her hair is, so soft and shiny! I did cheat and topped her off with a bit of cowboy magic detangler, but I was able to skip the Pantene conditioner using the Mink Sheen.
