because she is just young still i would free feed... Yorkies tend to be picky eaters so she might not want to eat when you put the food down.. i'd put about 1/4 c of food in her dish and take note of how much she is eating each day. When Layla ate kibble she would have some days where she would eat tons and other days where she hardly touched it... and some days she would only eat if i hand fed her
