My boys LOVE people. They sit on the back of the couch or chair and put their front legs on people's shoulders. They are only around 2 other dogs face to face. These are dogs of my friends that I keep when they travel. They have know them both since they were puppies. I'm not sure how they would do around dogs they don't know. They'd probably be fine if the other dog was.
