Those are usually on in my house every night. (House Hunters and Designed to Sell for Sure. Buy Me is catching on.
We try to do just about everything ourselves, too. I recently completed a major laminate installation in the livingroom and dining room. About the only thing I won't mess with is electricity. Everything else I figure you can get a second chance at. With electricity, one ZZZZZZTTTTTT and you're done!
