I agree, she is not a dangerous criminal. BUT she DID break the law, and there are MANY young people (not criminals) that are serving time (for drinking and driving, reckless driving, speeding & evading)..... maybe that time in jail will give them time to think about lives that could have been lost due to one stupid mistake. 3 days is NOT enough time for that. She has been in trouble too many times and it is time for her to realize that there are others to consider.
