 training help
I need help with Lola. When we let her outside to go to the bathroom and play some we have to keep her on a leash. We live out in the country and have a big yard. When we let Abigail out and when I had Summer they don't have to stay on a leash they go do their business and come back in. They soemtimes stay out and play, but when you call their names they always come back in.
Lola on the other hand takes off running if you don't keep her on a leash. Sometimes you can let her off of her leash and she won't run but most of the time she runs and when you call her name or go after her she runs faster. She just won't listen and learn that she can't run off. She is a little over a year and we have only had her for I think a little over 2 months. I am just wondering if there is any hope in her learning that she can run off when she is outside. If anyoen has any suggestions on how I can train her better it would be greatly appreciated. I don't if she is too old now to learn. I don't think she is, but any advice would be great. Thanks |
