First, be sure that she is getting her need to chew met. Lots of chew toys and games of tug-of-war. Lots of things to chew on like bully sticks. I personally let my dogs have rawhide with supervision although many here aren't comfortable with that. Dogs need to chew.
For baseboards and solid surfaces, rub a little clear deodorant over them. Works like magic!
It would also be a good idea to prevent boredom. Does she go for walks? Does she get lots of exercise? Mental exercise is also good (as in obedience training). Boredom is probably the leading causes of destructive behavior in dogs.
