I too wonder how many people sa wthe poor baby and never stopped to pick him up. A breeder once told me she saw a very small dirty Yorkie on the side of a country road and asked her husband to stop and pick it up and he said he didnt have time. She said she will never get that off her mind leaving that poor bbay behind.
I would of made my husband stop, but I know my husband would be the first to of stopped, I dont see how people could just leave it knowing it was lost no houses in sight. so sad.
