I have a Petco 1/2 mile from my house, I could easily walk to it. But I have been driving about 10 mi. to go to Petsmart. The Petco people have been nice but I just don't care for the store.
I think Petco should have offered you a gift card too. I got a $25 gift card from Petsmart to keep my business, because I complained that they closed 10 min early and I couldn't get in the store. They were very apologetic and nice about it.
