I couldn't agree with you more. When I lived in NC, when I saw a new Pet Co. opening 5 minutes from my house I was so excited because that meant I didn't have to drive 15 minutes to the Petsmart. Well after going into Pet Co, serval times and having really bad experiences with their (stupid) employees, I starting driving the extra way to avoid Pet Co.
I'm sorry you has such a horrible time there. Those guys obviously didn't know what they were talking about and were probably bored. Good fro you for writing a letter.
