My Hannah is 8 months old and she is still not completely house broken and I don't even work and I am usually home with her all day. I really don't think that your dog will catch on very good and yorkies are notorious for being difficult to house train anyway. I am not trying to be mean but if 4 hours a day is all the attention your dog is going to get why did you even get a dog especially a yorkie that requires lots of attention? I really wish you the best of luck and the dog too. Be careful with that cat because they have been know to cause major eye injuries with little dogs. Maybe you can leave the puppy in a bathroom or kitchen closed off with more space than the kennel and then you could close the cat out too.
