A good evening my dear Yorkie family, friends,
First may I ask please you forgive me for my absence, and keeping you in the dark from my end 5 dy's now since I received Patticakecake from a somewhat sad, and forlorn Bre, and with her mommie's help gave Patticake to Papi, I felt terrible, knowing how attached Bre became with Patticake, if you only could have seen how much she loved Patticake, I kind of felt like I was stealing candy from a child, but Bre was a good sport, she understood how happy she would make Papi, Bre obviously has learned from this experience, and from her mother, Lori, that there is more happiness in giving, than receiving, I sadly noticed her eye's tearing up, yet I knew she in her little lady like way, her heart, I could tell she didn't want to spoil the moment, she sincerely wanted Papi to be happy, I am so grateful to have met this special young lady, I love you Bre, "cookie" thank you for caring so much about Papi.
Bre, I'm sorry I missed your call last night, again Papi feels bad, I went to bed early last night, and if all right will call you at home, with your mother's permission, I am so releived, and happy you and Mommy made it home safely, Papi was very worried about your well being and safety, Lori I can only thank you for calling me every night as I requested to know each day, you and Bre were safe, as if you didn't have enough to contend with, you are such a special lady Lori, I have met many generous people in my lifetime, friends here at YorkieTalk, yet I'm sure all the friends will agree with me, we have never met someone like you, there just doesn't appear to be any end to your giving, you remind me of the Everready bunny rabbit commercial, the one that takes a licking but keeps on ticking, is there a comparison ? well only in that your heart beat's with the never ending need to give, and give, to make other's happy, I am one who has been the grateful recipient of your sacrifice for which I will never forget, I am still in awe at the trek you made of over 1,500 to Pennsylvania, and round trip, back home, had to be over 3,000 miles, how can I, anyone ever find the words that would sufficiently or ever thank you, and all the friend's, Patti, Jack, Dan & Corinne, Connie who began, and made it possible to attain Patticake in the first place, and my dear, dear friend Elaine who initiated, layed the foundation, tracks for the Yorkie Talk Patticake Train, our conductor, and news lady on the spot, what a job, kudo's and thank you Elaine, and if not for all of you my friends, your more than generous support that came in many varied way's, your prayer's, thoughful, heartfelt expressions, and those who cheered the train on, this Patticake Train would never have succeeded, in reality this is a Miracle, a dream come true for me, one for which I'll be forever grateful, and believe me friends, everytime Patticake and I interact, everyday of our live's, I will remember each of you with humility, love and thanksgiving, how can I not forget you may ask, to which I reply, if I feel I maybe forgetting you, your name's, your encouragement, your support that is, as I will never forget your love, who, and how Patticake came to me, I will only need return to these thread's, "In Memorial To Kassie Kisse's - My Precious Yorkie" and the "Patticake Train" to refresh my memory, which reminds me I need to in the next few day's, as have missed so many post.
