I feel so terrible, but I adopted a yorkie from a coworker and now the dog is seriously injured and I don't think i can afford to pay the medical bills. Does anyone have any idea these surgeries cost?

Mookie is 4 months old and by some freak accident he fractured his elbow, front right leg. apparantly 2 different fractures, both where his growth plate is, so that's bad....

i have been calling different rescue groups to see if anyone will take him because the doctor told me this could cost me thousands of dollars, which i frankly can't spend on this dog. the veterinarian won't or doesn't set up payment plans, its very sad. anyone who has had experience with this and can tell me about rescue groups in southern nevada or how much these operations generally run can let me know, it would be appreciated.
