My kids are like that drives me nuts. They're run to my cell phone and say your phones ringing. I'm like ok. They freak that I won't answer it. I'm like that's why I have voicemail.
I have a few friends that are odd about it too. One if she misses a call will *69 or call the number back. The other emails me the number and asks if I recognize it. Talk about paranoid. We get calls at work too, "someone just called me from there". By the time I ask everyone if they called this person I'm like
"wrong number" we must have misdialed. It happens!!
If someone doesn't leave me a message and I don't recognize the number... oh well it was either a wrong number or not important enough to leave me a message and they can call back.
I like the security of my cell phone, I'm just not OCD about it. |
