Default Neutralizer?

I saw a potty training post that mentioned Neutralizer. I'm wondering if that would help me???

Molly is 3 mos old and we're working on potty training. She's in her crate during the day while I'm at work and at night. She's let out first thing in the morning, before I leave, at lunch, when I get home, after she eats, another time during the evening, then at night before bedtime. I usually have her on a leash to potty so that I can tell what she does, but when I don't she runs right over to the section of yard we use for potty trips. So I know she has gotten a clue on the whole routine. I know it will take a while, but I feel like we're on a good track.

Any time she is in the house and I can't be right with her, she's in our bathroom 'cos of the vinyl flooring. Only took 2 accidents on the carpet before I figured that one out...duh!!

She does continue to pee and poop in the bathroom on occasion if I'm not with her. I clean accidents with a disinfectant, but is the scent still there? Is that why she's still going in there? I can watch her go outside, bring her right back in, and she will go again!!

Suggestions welcome!!
