I'm glad they are okay. Report the incident to police, animal control, your city counsel. The owners should be paying all vet bills. The dog should be impounded for rabies and parvo and other diseases.
Please don't say, well I'm lucky and the dogs will be okay. this kind of stuff is why they are passing laws in states that give pitbull owners more rights than you. |
